Wedding Guest Lodging

Beginning the 2024 season we will be taking a break from hosting weddings at The Barn at Five Lakes Resort as we undergo renovations and review our future services. While we will not be booking weddings at this time, we continue to look forward to booking smaller events and repeat groups and guests. We hope to return to hosting weddings in the future and appreciate your interest in our venue!

Five Lakes Resort has 10 cabins ranging from one to three bedrooms each with a full kitchen. You may book all or some of the cabins for your wedding, based on availability. Your wedding block can be set-up at the same time you book your wedding date, or after. If you are interested in setting up a block, please inform your venue coordinator.

Please call 218-847-7638 for cabin reservations. A full payment of the cabin rate plus tax & security deposit is due at the time of booking.

Cabin Rates

All cabins are billed at full occupancy. Most cabins sleep up to eight people. A full payment is due at the time of booking. You can pay your deposit with a credit card over the phone (Visa or MasterCard only please) or by sending a check through the mail. One payment per cabin please, we do not split up payments within one cabin reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are fully refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Payments are refundable less $50.00 if cancelled less than 30 days to arrival but more than two weeks until arrival. If your reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival, your payment is non-refundable.

Security Deposit Policy

In addition to your full prepayment of the cabin at the time of reservation, a $100.00 refundable security deposit will be charged per cabin. This $100.00 security deposit will be refunded within 10 days following your departure as long as your departure is on time (check-out time is 10:00 a.m.), no damages have been incurred, and no excessive cleaning time has been necessary.  In order to prevent the excessive cleaning time, we ask that you take care of your cabin as you would your own home. Please use the appropriate garbage cans and recycling bins. Please run the dishwasher before you depart and please make sure your cabin has its full set of dishware, silverware, drink ware and pots & pans. Late departures (departing cabin after 10:00 a.m. without prior Fair Hills office approval) will incur a charge of half the nightly rental rate.
